    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    The second link (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NRwqdCljn9sqhGXUJ6IACIpq786zOL7yI6Z6EHKqIiw/export?format=csv) should be the proper one here.
    Does this work if you manually import this (not with the Extension)?

    That 404 Error is generated by your server, probably because some firewall rules are too strict :-/ You will need to work with your webhost company’s support team to resolve that.

    Yes, manual .csv import works properly.
    Let me find out with my hosting company if there is anything they can do to help me here.

    Hi,

    yes, that will be the best. They should have access to server log files.
