Tab Widget with Anchor Spot

Hello,
I am using Rife Free with a plugin (Kadence) that allows me to create tabs. When I click on the tabs, it scrolls the whole page down to an anchor that is too low on the page, so you have to scroll back up to see the content properly.

I have tried contacting the plugin support and they insist that the problem is due to the theme and not their plugin.

How can I change the anchor spot for the tabs?
