Tab title translation

  • Hi!
    I’m having problem to translate ‘page 2 of 3’ in my browser tab. It appears when i pick second page of my homepage (next 10 posts). Creator of the theme told me that this text is wordpress default, however it is not translated to my language in .po file. My browser tab looks like this:
    SiteTitle | Page 2 of 3 | SiteDescription
    I need to translate ‘page’ and ‘of’ to my language. I think it can be done via wp_title filter but I have no php skills. If anyone can help I would be grateful.
