    Hello,

I’m building my website and since today (Yesterday all was good… ), only on the home page the tab “PageBuilder” is hidden and display a strange code…

I’ve deactivate all plugins, use a WordPress original theme and update alls things (WordPress, pluggins…)

The tab is well display on the another pages, juste hidden in the home page, and all WordPress sections (update, revisions, attributes of the page, and more…) are frozen.

Please can you help me? Thanks a lot ??

  • Hi @laneboy17

Please, try temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once. Does the issue resolve once that’s done? If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the problem after each activation until you find the conflict. If the issue doesn’t resolve when all non-SiteOrigin plugins are deactivated then the test has failed and you can reactivate all plugins at once.

    Hello,

    Thanks for responding.

I always deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once and reactivate your plugins one by one but the problem is the same.

Here a screenshot of the problem. It’s ONLY on the home page.

Can you help me please? Thanks

Please can you confirm, does the issue persist if only SiteOrigin plugins are activated? If the issue doesn’t correct then the plugin conflict test has failed and there isn’t any reason to reactivate Plugins one by one. The plugin conflict test is often misunderstood. Does the issue correct when only SiteOrigin Plugins are activated? Only if the problem resolved with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated would you reacitvate Plugins one by one to try and find the conflicting plugin.
