This plugin allows you to attach files to the post, but doesn’t automagically fetch and display them for you; it’s meant for those who want to manage attached files that aren’t necessarily displayed in the post content.

If you want to drop images into your post body, I’d recommend unticking the option “Hide Thickbox Buttons: Hide all buttons for opening the attachments screen in the thickbox” (if this option is checked, the normal “Add Media” button above the content box is hidden). Then, use the regular Add Media button for inserting images and such into the content of the post and use the inline attachment box for adding things like documents.

Then, use some code like this to have your attachments show up after the body of the post: https://theme.fm/2011/07/how-to-display-post-attachments-in-wordpress-945/

Your post that you linked is ok, but I had already done this, my problem is not How “Displaying the Post Attachments in front end” ! ??

In the inline attachments option screen, I select the tab “media library”, which is displayed correctly, but I can’t attach images from media library, inline attachments only allows me to upload new photos.

    thanks!

Oh, sorry about that. I see what you mean, now.
