Thanks for using my plugin and I apologize for the issue you’re having. Unfortunately the server that hosts the library does not offer a https option. Add the following to your theme’s functions.php file and it should be resolved.

add_filter( 'arconix_jquerytools_reg', 'my_jquerytools_reg' );
function my_jquerytools_reg( $args ) {
    $args['url'] = plugins_url() . '/arconix-shortcodes/includes/jquery.tools.min.js';
    return $args;
}

Although you could use this – https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery-tools/1.2.7/jquery.tools.min.js

from https://cdnjs.com/libraries/jquery-tools

I’m not sure it’s the same though, if it is, you could replace it with this so it can be loaded via http or https.
