Tab doesn’t appear anymore

When I want to edit a Woocommerce grouped products from the back-office, the attachment block does not appear in the back-office.
When I try to import grouped products including columns filled for attachment files (Meta : wcpoa_attachments_id , Meta : wcpoa_attachment_name , Meta : wcpoa_attachment_url) via .csv from the WebToffee paid plugin (plugin that works very well), the attachment block does not show either in the back-office. For SIMPLE PRODUCTS, when I create a Simple product from scratch, with no attAchment files, the tab on the front-office appears by default but is empty.
When I add attachements to the product listing from the back-office, and I see the product on the site, the file appears on the Attachment Tab.
So, in creating a product from the back-office, the Attachment Tab show correctly.

IMPORT
When I import a simple product with Attachment files in my .csv file, attachments appear in the back-office but with the option Show on Product Page to NO (?!). When I see my product on front-office , the Attachment tab doesn't show.
Now, from the back-office, if I click SAVE my product listing without touching anything on my product details, the attahcment show on front-office.

So, while importing attachments files from a .csv file, it doesn't fully work. Grouped products import does not work.

I also know, that using your PRO version we can upload a csv file with the URL of the attachment files, but it costs, and I wanted to make sure I could do the import with the free version of your plugin.

My main problem is when I upload a csv file of simple products with attachments in my csv, and that they do not automatically show on the product front-office. To make the attachments appear, I have to save manually each product listing from the back-office.
And it’s a problem.

In my import .csv file, I’ve inserted:

Meta : wcpoa_product_open_window_flag : 0
Meta : wcpoa_product_page_enable : 0

When I import attachments from my .csv file, here’s the print-screen from the back-office of 1 of the products

In “Show Product Page” column, it shows “No” , on the front-office the Attachment tab is not showing.
What is weird is, as soon as I update the product listing, the “Show Product Page” column shows “Yes” without touching the values of the field of the plugin (Show Product Page) and the front-office show the Tab with the PDFs ready to download.

So, my question is now :
Does “0” mean that’s it’s enable or disable ?

Hi,

For my last message above, the values are yes and no, so for me this problem is fixed.

Another thing:
When I try to import grouped products from a .csv file, the attachment tab shows and contains all the PDFs defined for the simple products.

The PDFs show correctly for individual products.
For grouped products, the attachment tab gathers all the PDFs from the individual products.

Grouped products should not show any PDFs nor the attachment tab.

Could you see what’s going on please ?

Yes, we have developed our plugin features like that as a group product is nothing but a set of simple products.

So that’s why it displays all the attachments of the inner simple product attachments.
