  • Hello @@alchemistfr
Can you please switch your website’s default theme into twentyseventeen and check if the problem still persists?

    Hello @alchemistfr
I found the google maps api key is missing. You can give a try to plugins like:

Hi @madhusudan977, what is the link between google api key and my problem?

    Thanks

    Hello @alchemistfr,
The tabs are there but contents aren’t showing because there is issue with the javascript of your website because of google api key missing.
Let me know how it goes after updating the key.

Your next step is to do a full conflict test, as something is blocking those tabs from showing up.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site. Note that Health Check may not count Storefront as a default theme, so you can also use Twenty Seventeen as well.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

If that doesn’t solve it, can you please let us know how you tested? Also, please send us a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Hi,

I’m sorry but i was on holiday.
Could you please open the subject again as it is not solved yet.
I tried to disable all the plugins but it still does not work.

    Thanks

@alchemistfr This is a conflict with other JavaScript being loaded on the page, it is overriding what WooCommerce is trying to do. You can see in this gif that the class opn_active_menu is being added to the clicked tab: https://cld.wthms.co/vYI1Af . WooCommerce will add the class of active to the tab, as shown here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/assets/js/frontend/single-product.js#L37

It is recommended to first try another theme, if that does not resolve the issue after a Shift+refresh, then you will need to deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce to test, as described here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

    Hi
    Thank you @jessepearson

I tried all your steps, and the problem comes indeed from an extension “One Page Navigator for WPBakery Page Builder ”

Thank you for you help, it’s great to have it.

I will now contact the author of this extension and try to solve the issue.

@alchemistfr Great, glad you were able to locate where the issue was coming from. I will mark this thread as resolved now.

    Hi Jesse,

Am facing same situation on my website getflowersdaily.com
I have followed your instructions about “Health Check” and disabled all plugin except WooCommerce and checked the behavior. Even i have check the html tag for the tab but couldn’t find the cause for “missing review tab”.
I have double checked discussion and woocommerce>setting>Product review settings.

Please can you have a look once.

    Thank you
