Tab/Content Non-Responsive

Hi all, I’m having issues with my WordPress theme. My theme support has expired and I’m not paying another $50+ to resolve, so I’m hoping the community can help me identify and resolve.

The slider on the website front page responds to the first click – but any clicks after this don’t seem to respond and all content seems to freeze.

This is also evident on another area of the website for example the tabs on this page, the content disappears after I click them: https://www.sportingblue.co.uk/club/coalville-town/

I’m not sure what I have done or how it’s happened as I’ve recently done a lot of changes and testing different plug-ins. Any help is appreciated.
