    Hi,

Please see link to my screenshot.

I cannot access the ‘Content’ Field when creating a new tab in your plugin.

I have installed the latest version, and i’ve purged my cache.

    Hi @lightfreelancing,

There must be some type of JavaScript error going on. Do you know how to access the console to check for JavaScript errors? Also, are you using any WordPress Editor Customization plugins? We’re using the standard Editor implementation on this page so I’m surprised it’s experiencing issues.

    Let me know,
    Kevin.

    Hi Kevin,

I haven’t touched the Javascript myself. However I am using a plugin ‘WP ALL IMPORT – Advanced Custom Fields Add-On’
Maybe that is playing around with your plug in.
    Any suggestions.

(I will do a fresh install of both those plugins first anyway)

    Problem solved.

You have a compatible issue with Jetpack by WordPress.com
    Version 5.2.1

Thats the plugin that was causing the problem ??

    Thanks anyway!

    Hey Justin,

Thank you very much for getting to the root of the issue!

Having a compatibility issue with Jetpack is definitely a problem so I will be looking into this today.

    Thanks for your help,
    Kevin.
