Tab as a link to new page

I am looking for a way to have one or more of the tabs as a link to a product page. For example one tab says “Buy Apples” and click on this will take the user to the Apples product page for ordering. I have 300 products so inserting a new jquery for each of those tabs is not feasible. Can this plugin do this?
