t_prism_sitemessages.php error slows down site speed drastically

When loading my page, it takes almost 1 minute before the whole page is loaded. In console I see: ” GET https://trackcmp.net/t_prism_sitemessages.php?trackid=xxxxxxx&prismid=xxx-xx-xx-xxx-xxxx&url=https%3A%2F%2FMYWEBSITE.COMl%2F net::ERR_ABORTED 504″ In the waterfall it shows it tried for 59 seconds to load this. In the plugin settings I do not have install code turned on. What is this error, and how do I solve this?
