Anyone else notice that the T-Mobile Network is getting blocked by WordFence? I have people who come to my business websites unable to complete registration forms if they are connected to a T-Mobile network. They immediately get a WordFence notice blocking their access.

When they are at my facility, or at home on their WiFi network, they can connect fine using the same devices. The common theme from everyone I’ve talked with (20+ customers using 6 different websites that we host, is that they are all trying to connect using the T-Mobile network. This is hurting my advanced ticket sales and taxing my network on the day of our events.

Anyone else experiending this? And, have you found a solution?

Hello @bizcomweb and thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you find any of these blocks in your Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic page? Could you screenshot a few for me to review? Make sure to hide any private data.

I am thinking they might be blocked by the Security Network, but the Live Traffic will confirm.

    Thanks again!

Hello @wfadam. See attached. This is preventing potential business opportunities escape. The majority of blocks seem to be coming from any IP address on the T-Mobile network, and it’s a good amount. These IP’s say its blocking the country code but the person is visiting my site from the United State’s. Further, that IP is registered to T-Mobile.

Let me know what you find. Thank you for the assistance,
    Don

Hello. This is not resolved. I re-opened it. It’s an ongoing issue where I’ve had to remove WordFence from high-traffic sites because it continues to block legitimate IP addresses for the T-Mobile Network. It’s showing some T-Mobile networks as being blocked by a Country Code even though the service is in the United States? How do we resolved this issue? Thanks

    Hello @bizcomweb

Sorry but our threads are closed after a week of no response.

Are you using Wordfence Premium with Country Block enabled? That would be the only reason I can think of for traffic to be blocked. If so, could you put in a ticket at support.wordfence.com and I can help you there.

    Thanks again!

Thanks. Country codes are blocked but T-Mobile is a US company and users are un the US connecting in the same location. The only difference is that they are using a T-Mobile service.

I use WordFence on a LOT of websites. The same issues exists on all of them, even if outside countries are not being blocked.
