T.M.L. Restriction Issue with Learndash

Hey guys,
I need some help with my learndash site that I use theme my login for. Everything recently updated via wordpress and it threw my site into disarray. We finally got the functionality back but in order to do so, I have to have my restrictions disabled. The issue was that the entire site content for all the courses and quizzes was showing up in every course when it shouldn’t have. I only wanted the applicable course content one single quiz to populate then the user progresses. The tech support guy noticed that once the TML restriction plugin was deactivated, the entire site content didn’t show anymore and things worked perfectly.

That created another problem because now anyone can see the site whether they are logged in or not and whether they have permission to or not.

The learndash guy had no other suggestions or help to solve this.

Can someone please help me with another solution to restrict general population access or why this is happening and what i can do ?

As a side note, i have paid and have the full version of everything for the site.
