Systempage under restriction HELP

    Someone can help me with strange behavior?

    The forgot-password, change password still under restriction.. unlogged users can’t see the pages.

    the url show the referral link after login… but these pages are free for all unlogged users.

    plugin clear installed

    P.S. i’d notice that whole website is under restriction but settings are corrects.. any advice?

    Hello,

    This can happen if you have restricted pages like “forget password” or “change password”, therefore kindly follow these steps and then check,

    1. Navigate to the ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Page setup.
    2. And here temporary set any other pages at the “Forget Password Page” and at the “Change Password Page”.
    3. Then Navigate to the ARMember Lite -> Content Access Rules page and here search for the Forget and Change Password and check if these pages are enabled for restriction.
    4. If yes then remove the restriction and save the changes.
    5. Then again navigate to the ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Page Setup and correctly map the fields as per your requirements.

    Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.
