    Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

    We will need to run some troubleshooting tests to verify why this is happening.

    Could you please enable the debug mode on the WordPress following this guide?

    Once the debug mode is set to on, try to cancel and re-run the test.

    Using the sFTP/FTP or hosting file manager, navigate to your WordPress folder > wp-content and check if a debug.log file was generated.

    If so, download the file and upload on the google drive to share the link.

    Let us know if the debug log was created.
