System tags in admin notifications

    Hi,
    I just realize thaht I don’t get admin notifications in my erform, since I changed one thing : To be able to receive the notifications with the email of the registered person as sender, I use an SMTP plugin and In the admin notifications settings, I put a system tag of my form, {{Email parent 1}}, in the “from email”. And also the name {{Nom parent 1}}, in the “from name field”.

    And now, it doesn’t work. Does it mean that it’s not possible to use system tags in theses fields ?

    Hello Laurent,

    Thank you for contacting us. From email must be the email from where it is generated. Preferably it should be the domain email. If you are changing it to something else it might be treated as spam and email delivery may fail.
