System Requirements Fail: Safe Mode

is there any work around without any contact to host about turning it off. ? i like to do it myself like is there any codes to do it?

Its really different across servers here are a few links that might help:

Nothing is guaranteed to work unless you know how your host has the restrictions setup internally.
