    Hi,

    Please check the configurations

    Admin :: JS Support Ticket > Configurations > Default Email Settings
    Admin :: JS Support Ticket > Configurations > Mail Settings

    If after correct settings, you still not receive any email notification.
    Then check WP email settings or server email settings.
    Because of JS Support Ticket ask WP to send email.
    If WP do not have correct settings, JS Support Ticket will unable send any email.

    If I work in Localhost doesn′t work the email system?

    Normally localhost system do not send emails.
