System Cron Job issue

    I have noticed that when “Use System Cron Instead of WordPress Cron” is enabled, the plugin adds a new a new cron job to my Cpanel, every time I save the optimization settings.

    I had 5 or 6 cron jobs for the same site, all with different intervals.

    Also what is the default interval for system cron if using this setting?

    Could you open a ticket with A2 support so we can directly track the issue on your account? You can reference this www.remarpro.com topic and ask that they ping the dev team so they can investigate.

    It should ideally see that there is already an existing cron task and not create additional ones.

    Interval is between 15 minutes and 1 hour depending on server / plan / enabled features, and you’re free to adjust that from cpanel.
