System Automatically Deleted Events

    Since yesterday the log is reporting several “system automatically deleted 2 events” with the source IP being the local ip 127.0 address.

    I’ve never seen this before. Can you tell me what it is?

    Thank you for using our plugin @ceef454

    When you configure the audit trail retention policies, the plugin automatically deletes events that are older than the configured policy. So for example if you configure the plugin to only keep up to 1 year of data, any event that is older than 1 year is deleted.

    Upon deleting data from the activity log, the plugin reports that so you are aware of it. That is exactly what those events are about.
