SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

Hi. There are many reports on this topic, but very few solutions. The problem is as follows, when you enable the registration permission function on the order page, you receive such an error – “SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”. The problem arose after moving the site from hosting to a dedicated server. Read on this forum all possible ways eliminate, even articles developers with references on their sites (Mike Jolley – https://mikejolley.com/2015/11/12/debugging-unexpected-token-in-woocommerce-2-4/) and other participants of the plugin, but there was no specific solution. In order to solve the problem made all the recommendations of Woocommerce developers, namely: disabled all plugins except Woocommerce – did not help, changed the theme – installed storefront theme with disabled plugins and payment modules – did not help, updated Woocommerce from version 3.5.1 to version 3.6.2. – didn’t help, updated WordPress from version 4.9.8. to version 5.1.1 – did not help, updated all plugins – did not help and so on without result. The only solution that was found after a long and painful search – is to disable the setting Woocommerce “permission to register on the order page.” At the moment the problem is solved but not fixed as it will go further only time will tell. If you have a complete solution to this problem, as there are a lot of such requests on this forum, then I ask the developers of the Woocommerce plugin to publish an article with the optimal solution to these problems. Thanks.
