It seems as though you have a jQuery conflict happening. Are you familiar with firebug? Please provide the URL to your site and I can use Firebug to try and troubleshoot the problem if you are not familiar with that process.

Oh I see that you did provide your site URL. Unfortunately I am not at a computer at the moment (responding from my phone) but I will take a look as soon as I can.

It seems you have something else going on with your site / cart that is keeping me from even running a full test..??

I went through and added an item to the cart, but then when I view the cart it’s telling me the cart is empty, so I can’t even get to the checkout form.

I would recommend that you disable any other plugins you have running and keep only the bare minimum plugins required to complete checkout enabled for testing. If everything works that way, then re-enable each plugin one at a time until the problem(s) return. Then we’ll know the culprit and can further troubleshoot what the exact problem is.

Hi Thanks for taking your time and looking into this for me.

Wow, thats a new one for me. I’m not sure why its removing products from the cart. I will try to disable extra plugins and try that first.

Unfortunately, after deactivating all plug-ins I am still having the same error. I left the simple woocommerce plug in along with the Pay Pal for Woo commerce.

The Paypal process does work and I am able to process payment, but the credit card payment does not work. Could there be an issue with our SSL certificate?

Are the items staying in your cart the way they should now so I can try to troubleshoot with Firebug?
