    Hi Benjamin,
Can you check that you have not enabled debug output in the PDF invoice settings? I have tested the plugin with 2.4.8 and haven’t seen any incompatibilities.
The reason this setting may affect the checkout is that when you enable this option, it will reveal debug output for all other plugins too. Check this thread for more information.

Your server error log should give you more information on the actual source of the error. If it turns out to be the PDF Invoice plugin indeed, let me know the error and I’ll do my best to fix it!

    Hi,

Currently I have the same error. When in checkout and I’m using the ‘manual payment’ option (overschrijving) I get this error :
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

I’m sure this plug-in causes the problem, because when it’s not activated the manual payment works fine. However the plug-in is great and our customer wants to use it.

    Please help.

    Hi!
This error can have a lot of different causes, it’s actually WooCommerce telling you it cannot interpret the response of the server, which is the actual error. I need to know the actual error to be able to help, you can find this in the PHP error log of your server or in the response body in your browser (in the chrome console for example) – I realize this is somewhat advanced…

I would first simply try to create the invoice for these orders from the manually from backend though! If that works, it is probably either a plugin conflict (if are you using any other PDF invoice plugins – Deactivate them first!) or a lack of server memory (see Status page).

    Hope that helps!
