• On fresh copy of WordPress with standard theme

    when I try and add MerPress block I get Syntax Error.

    That’s a good catch. An empty diagram gives a syntax error. You should be able to still enter a valid diagram though?

    Here’s a test I ran on the playground instance:

    Do you think there should be an exception for empty diagrams? Maybe some placeholder to identify what needs to happen next?
