Syntax error pipes

Hi
I try to use pipes:
[select locatie “Gewenste Locatie:” “Amstelveen, TV de Kegel|[email protected]” “Hilversum, Tulip TV|[email protected]”]
But in the TO section in the mail template i put:
[locatie]But when i save the form it gives me a syntax error. Can anyone help me out with this issue?
