Syntax Error in comments.php

Hi,
I was trying to change the text of the comment box from “thoughts on <page-name>” to just “comments here”. In doing so i landed up with a syntax error in my comments.php file. Please help me out as i do not have enough coding knowledge. Here is the referance https://examfundaa.com/syllabus/
