“Syntax” error driving me crazy

This error is making me nuts. I have tried every combination I can think of, but nothing seems to work!

Invalid mailbox syntax is usedI have tried putting the details into every form of syntax on the page, but nothing is working, and I really don’t understand what the FAQ is trying to say. ??
Would really appreciate a hand with this.

[your-name] <[email protected]>If that doesn’t work, it could also be the top-level domain you’re using.
