Syntax Error Code in Sidebar Theme

Okay so I have been receiving the following when I try to access my blog:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘=’ in /home/thework3/public_html/wp-content/themes/turuncu-gemi/sidebar.php on line 200

I checked out line 200 in my sidebar theme and it reads the following:

<?php wp_list_categories(‘title_li=’) ?>

What is the problem here that I need to fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
