Syntax Error

  • Hi Marc,

    I updated to the latest version of the plugin, and I got an error on my login screen.
    I talked to my host cloudways, and they told me there was a syntax error.
    Here is the script they provided me with.

    Hi Marc

    No problem!

    I updated and I can access my wordpress now.
    But now the product page has become very narrow (I made it on a full width canvas).
    And there is an error message at the bottom of the screen. Sorry it is in Japanese because of my wordpress settings but it is the same error message that was locking me out earlier today:

    Here are all the errors in there from today.
    Sorry if this is just something at my end causing this.

    I dont know if it is important but I think the time logs are in Malta time so same as France.

    Hi Marc, it is fixed!

    I tried to clear the varnish but it didnt work.
    I then disabled a plugin I have installed called “WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache” and reactivated it, and everything was back to normal!

    Can I ask which features you use in WP-Optimize? I’m one of the developers, so wondering how this could have happened.

    Hi Marc, sure.

    I use it for optimizing images. I have the setting to automatically compress images.
    I sometimes click the ‘Optimize’ button when I am troubleshooting and I have every box checked on that list.
    I’m not using the Minify feature anymore because it seems to interfere with your plugin.
