syntax error

    I cannot activate the plugin because of a code error. I tried on a couple of my sites and it just doesn’t work. Here’s the error:

    /wp-content/plugins/wp-smart-tv/lib/rovidx-smart-tv-roku-dfp.php on line 245

    More specifically:
    Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in …wp-content/plugins/wp-smart-tv/lib/rovidx-smart-tv-roku-dfp.php on line 245

    Update to the latest version. It should be fixed now.

    Now it does install and activate and no longer crashes my whole site. However, when I publish a video, it produces a 404 page…still not really working.

    In order to view a video in a web browser you have 2 options.

    #1 – Use the [tv-video-player id=”XXXXX”] shortcode in a post or page
    #2 – Customize your theme to use the movie/shortform/episode/special post types
