Synology: WordPress could not establish a secure connection to www.remarpro.com
-
After upgrading my Synology NAS from DSM version 4 to 6.1, my WordPress development environment is not working correctly
I can not update WordPress, plugins or themes. I can not add plugins from the admin menu, only by ftp
Admin is running extremely slow, as it keeps running update.php which then fails with the below error.
The WordPress installation on the Synology NAS in re-done from scratch.
My Synology NAS is only used on my home network, and is not accessible from out-side.
I have enabled https on the webservice in Synology, so I access my local WordPress: https://192.168.0.106/wordpress
I have searched and searched google, without finding a solution.
For now, I have added
return;
in line one of upgrade.php, but this is just a workaround so I can use my development environment.HELP, what can be wrong ??
