    Hi,

First of all, thank you. The plugin feels very intuitive and does everything I need! It’s saved me a lot of time importing products from Zettle into Woo.

I’m just a little confused about how to configure the plugin so that stock levels sync both ways. I have enabled “Zettle Purchases” so that purchases on Zettle update stock in Woo (but Woo orders are not created). What configuration do I need so that stock levels are updated in Zettle after purchases are made in Woo?

    Thanks,

    Hey,

Glad to hear that you are enjoying the plugin ??

The settings you are looking for are found in the Products to Zettle section of the plugin settings. If you switch the Export Speed to When changed in WooCommerce and then enable the Stocklevel setting further down on the same settings page then you should achieve the result you are looking for.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

    Hi Carl,

Great, thanks. So I need to have the Stocklevel setting checked to overwrite on both ‘Products to Zettle’ and ‘Products from Zettle’ so that stock syncs both ways?

    Thanks,

    Hey!

Indeed. Just make sure that Automatic updates are turned on in both directions – Export Speed in Products to Zettle and Automatic action in Products from Zettle so that the updates happen in realtime.

It might go without saying but would suggest trying this out in one direction first before you do it in both directions just to make sure that everything works as it should ??

    /Carl
