• Hi,

When I try to manually sync products from Shopify to my wordpress site using the WP-Shopify plugin I get the error below.

No route was found matching the url and request method while calling rest_no_route. Please clear the plugin transient cache and try again. Error status code: 404

Can anyone help or at least point me in the right direction. Have cleared cache and deactivated all plugins with no resolution.

    Thanks

    Hey there!

Can you try temporarily deactivating all your other plugins and resync for me? Does it still fail?

Hi, yes it still fails with all plugins disabled except for the WP-Shopify plugin.

    Hi,

Have you any ideas on what this could be. I’d really like to use the pro plugin for my site but if it is not working there is no point.

    Thanks

Just out of curiosity, if you reinstall the plugin does that fix it?

That seemed to have done the trick. Pulling down the products now. Thanks for the help.

Looks like I spoke too soon. the problem appears to back now when manually syncing.

So troubleshooting this further I uninstalled again and it worked. I did notice that if I have ticked to sync customers and orders and then run a manual sync it reproduces that error message. If I untick orders and customers in the plugin settings product tab and run the sync again it pulls down the products like normal.

Thanks for the follow up. I think this is related to another bug that I’m currently fixing for the next plugin update. Essentially, the “Pro features” are showing up on accident and they shouldn’t be. This is why you see the Orders and Customers options for example. This is probably causing the sync to fail.

Once I push out the next update it should be resolved.
