Syncing Problems

I am using WooSquare Plus and have a syncing issue. would like Woocommerce to be the one source of truth for the client who uses Square POS for their Brick & Mortar store. when they sell an item in store the stock does not decrease in Woocommerce. Also when it is syncing from Woo to Square it duplicates categories and items. The Accountants would like to know how we can sort this out as there is a lot of other information that is not in Square but needs to be on website through Woocommerce for each item.
The accountants have checked with square and they state that it has to do with Woocommerce or the woosquare plugin no them.is anybody able to Help???
