I recently received a sample t-shirt and noticed that the print file at Printful needed a little cleaning up. I cleaned up the design (at Printful.com) and replaced the print file on the edited template (at Printful.com). I followed Printful Support’s instructions on getting the edited template synced with my WordPress site.

However, when I look at the product images on WordPress, I see that the images were NOT updated with the new print file. That is, the design flaw I noticed on the sample is still showing up on the product images.

Is there anything I need to to on the WordPress store dashboard to get the product images to match the new ones I can see on my store dashboard at Printful?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey there,

    Thank you for reaching out!
After you make the changes in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync, by editing the product (Select all product variants on the left > Change print file), be sure to press on “Refresh data” in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync (top right), to initiate a faster store update.
    I hope this helps!

Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], if you’re still not seeing the update!
