• Well I wanted to swich from another provider because they have great products

But the integration really sucks, I can sync product… ehh like 40% of the time
And when it syncs in the background. I guess to also check up on stock it fails almost everytime
    So can’t use them sadly…
Their support answered quickly but sadly mostly with “can you contact your host” anserws… And research on the net showcases this to extremes…. it’s definately their plugin having issuses, tried pretty much everything I can find…
And they asked me to rollback woocommerce to 8.2.2, that was FORTY ONE updates back… OMG

Well tried downgrading, disabling all plugins and resyncing many times and it’s failing half the times and succes half the times…. That is way to unsecure to be usuable

“We continuously work on improving our compatibility with the latest versions of our integration platforms”

Well that is an upright lie… Look at your update history, updated 6 month ago. And as I write you asked me to roll back 41 versions….. Don’t call that “We continuously work on improving our compatibility with the latest versions”
Seems like you totally abandoned woocommerce…. Gratz on opting out for alot of stores… Also kust look and how many 1 star revies you got compared to 5 stars reviews

Have to conquer with Daj. Move this up the ladder to corporate, but it’s extremely clear that Printful doesn’t care about its (independent) wordpress users. I’ve waded through many reddit posts, articles, and comments over the last 2 weeks – reading that Printful was on point with the major woo update regarding legacy API, etc. Obviously not the case, (as mentioned above). 6 months converts into years in this environment. Won’t get into the vulnerability issues we have to put ourselves in to rollback to WP 6.4.1 and Woo 8.2.2. And, the conflicts it causes with other plugins (who make it a priority to stay up-to-date). It’s truly unacceptable.

Worse, it’s the blatant lack of support/concern from the Platform (which is closed the entire weekend and after hours – unheard of in 2024 for any large company). After 100+ hrs of disabling plugins, changing themes, ChatGPT, host chats, updating elements, endless attempts pushing product, researching online, extending max times, upload size, and memory – the only response from chat is “Do the URLS match”, followed by “It’s a server side issue, you need to contact your host”. Every single time.

I’ve rebuilt my entire site 3 times (fresh database, etc) thinking that the problem had to be that my hosting wasn’t good enough, that things weren’t UP TO DATE enough, or something corrupt. When in fact I was making it worse. I was too updated. Also, managed to lose the content of my entire Printful store (300+ products). That just vanished the moment I connected to Printful. So…………that works. :/

I could go on forever, but it’s just my own sad problem to sort out.
Printful needs to SLOW it’s roll. Seems it’s putting a lot of effort into Amazon, TikTok, ETSY, and Shopify, and leaving it’s lowly WP users in the mire. It’s BAD business. You want to be building LOYALTY!!
WordPress users are loyal by default. You know who isn’t? Those who use all the platforms mentioned above. They’ll switch providers on a whim (and take all their customers/profits with them). Printify is already the go-to cuz the profit margins are better (and that’s all these sellers care about). Printful is running after trends and ignoring the (solid) foundation of things.

UPDATE THE PLUGIN for God’s sake! Pull resources off the other platforms and make this a priority.
There’s no (legitimate) excuse for this.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We apologize for the issues you’ve encountered and the frustration they have caused. We understand the importance of keeping our integrations up-to-date and ensuring compatibility with the latest versions of platforms like WooCommerce. Our response about continuous improvement reflects our ongoing efforts, but we acknowledge that there may been gaps in our updates. We appreciate your patience and detailed feedback, which highlights areas we need to address.

While we strive to maintain compatibility, many factors are dependent on the server-side configurations and updates of WooCommerce, which are beyond our control. However, we are committed to improving our service and support for all our users, including those on WooCommerce and your feedback will help drive these changes.

For further assistance or to discuss your specific issues in more detail, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] We are here to help!
