Syncing Not Working

Hi all!

Our client has a small mailing list and the web site utilizes Ulimate Member for memberships (however this should be unrelated to the issue we are experiencing).

They’ve been updating email addresses for the users as necessary and when they tried to sync the WordPress users list with the corrected user information within WordPress, the appropriate subscriber information does not get updated.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
