Syncing issues in WooCommerce Square

Could you first share a screenshot from your current Square settings?

Would you also share your system status with us as well? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Ok, just ran this test with your same Square settings. Most importantly setting Square as the system of record. I couldn’t use the Sync now button to get a product imported, what I needed to do is use the Import all products from Square button in the Square settings to get my new product to sync from Square to Woo. ??

Have you tried that button and still had no luck?

I’m reluctant to use the ‘Import All’ as we have 100’s of product on Square and we don’t need them all online. I’ll then have to go through the product list in WordPress and delete all the products I don’t need. I currently don’t have the time to do this.

If I was to do this, would it solve the problem going forward, or would I still have to ‘Import All’ every time we add a new product in Square that we want on the site?

The latter. You will have to ‘Import All’ every time you add a new product in Square.
