    Hello. When I first installed the plugin everything worked fine populating my Facebook catalog. However, all further attempts over the past several months to sync my WordPress store with Facebook to update my Facebook catalog with additional products have failed. Your plugin says it is syncing with Facebook but when I check my Facebook catalog, no additional products were added. Instead, it has only the products originally exported.

    Hi @maxcollector,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have tested this in our test environments and the product sync worked fine. Please make sure that the products have the required fields like description and price for the sync to be successful.
    To know more about why the products were not synced can you please check the log from Facebook catalog>Logs. Each log file consists of the details of the failed products(in every 5 batches). Here is a sample log file:
