    Hello,

    So I clicked on the sync products button last week, and until today it still says “Your products are syncing – you may safely leave this page “.

    How to solve this problem??

    Hi @jorgeassuncao, there were some background processing changes done in version 2.2.0 of the extension and Google Product Categories were added. We’ve had some reports of issues with the sync and have shared this feedback with the developers.

    In the meantime while they are looking into the issue, you could try rolling back to a previous version of the plugin to see if the sync works for you then.
