synchronize with cloud not working

Every day I get an error message that CleanTalk was unable to synchronize with the cloud. If I do it manually there is no problem anymore. But the next day I got another warning. How can this be solved? This is the message I get: ?Jan 29 2024 17:24:11: Error occurred on last SpamFireWall check. SpamFireWall database is outdated. Please, try to synchronize with the cloud.
