    Every day I get an error message that CleanTalk was unable to synchronize with the cloud. If I do it manually there is no problem anymore. But the next day I got another warning. How can this be solved? This is the message I get: ?Jan 29 2024 17:24:11: Error occurred on last SpamFireWall check. SpamFireWall database is outdated. Please, try to synchronize with the cloud.

    Hello @pol28,

    Please, deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.

    1. Enter the Anti-Spam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by Cleantalk)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)

    I have performed the actions and it currently works. I’ll check tomorrow to see if I don’t have an error message again. Thank you in advance.

    I’m already having the same problem again.
    Also after deactivation with complete deactivation.

    Hello, I have currently completely uninstalled cleantalk and then reinstalled and activated it. No problems at the moment. As soon as I encounter a problem, I create a support ticket. Thank you in advance.
