Synchronize users between two wordpress isntallations

I have two seperate wordpress installations on the same server (different mysql databases, but same mysql/http server)
and want to be able once a user registers/edits info on one the info will sync with the other db and add/edit the user.

is this possible with a plugin or something? ??
