    Hi,

Last Saturday we installed the plugin together with the mobile App.
But the App shows us only the date from last Saturday until now.
How can I upload, or activate that the App shows us the date from the days, weeks, months and years ago?

    Kind regards,

    Jens

    Hi Jens,

I’m not sure I understand what you’re referring to. Can you please provide more details? What date are you speaking of, and where in the app are you trying to see it?

Can you also please provide a link to your site?

Did you log into the app using your WordPress.com account, or did you add the site to the mobile app using the admin username and password for the site? If you logged into your site directly from the app, then what you see in the app has nothing to do with Jetpack – Jetpack only has control over what appears in the app if you log into the app using your WordPress.com username instead.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your fast reply.

I installed the Jetpack plugin on my website.
After that, I downloaded the mobile App Woocommerce on my phone and filled in the website url: https://www.letsleds.nl/

I filled in my log-in e-mail and password, which I can log in to our website.
    Then it connected automatically.

    Let me know

    Kind regards,

    Jens

For help with the WooCommerce app, please use the Help & Support link in the app itself to contact support for that app. Open the WooCommerce app and tap the three dots on the top-right corner of the screen to see the Help & Support option.

A Jetpack connection is required to use the WooCommerce app, but we have no direct control over how the app works or what data it displays. Only the WooCommerce support team can help you with this.
