    Our visitors are having issues with Gravity Form submissions receiving a “forbidden” error, so we need to uncheck the “Contact Forms” option. The problem is that we are not able to save any changes. We constantly get the message: “Synchronization process failed. Please, check the access key and restart the synch.” It’s been spinning now for a couple hours trying to synch. Our access key works (and gives us a green checkmark when added) and our license is active. We tried deleting the plugin entirely, clearing the cache and reinstalling, but it does the exact same thing.
    Yesterday we did install Security by Cleantalk, so we tried deactivating this plugin and retrying Anti-Spam and it still did not work.
    How can we get this thing to sync so that we can make the necessary changes to the settings?

    One more thing, did you try to deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled?

    1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)
