    Hi,

First of all, really great plugin!

After initial setup I used the Advanced Import feature to get some additional reviews that were missed. After doing so, I no longer see the plugin automatically get new reviews that are added to Google. Should it? Or once I start using Advanced Import, do I need to keep using that approach to get all future reviews, too?

    Thank you,

    Andrew

@prometheusppc Thanks to your reply here, I’ve rechecked the upgrade method in the plugin and set a fix for the Custom Styles data – it should retain all the data across updates without the need to press “Save”. Please update to version 3.16 to verify this is working as intended (upgrade testing is very tricky to test prior to release).

    Hi,

I’m afraid it didn’t work. I had to press “Save” again to get our styling back after upgrading to 3.16.

@prometheusppc Oh, I thought I fixed the issue on this occasion. I’ll downgrade a plugin to perform some tests with the custom styles.

@prometheusppc I’ve attempted to perform some tests – but it only registers as a new installation when uploading the latest version manually. According to some documentation, it will apply the upgrade method from the old version – so perhaps it will apply in version 3.17? I will be keeping an eye on this with one of my production websites.
