Synchro orders

    Hello,

    I’m starting with Zettle and I’m looking for installing Zettle POS on woocommerce.

    Could you please confirm what is synchronised and which way ?

    WOO => ZETTLE
    Inventory
    -> products (including products meta & tax)
    -> product stock realtime
    -> categories
    Customers
    -> id details
    -> billing info
    -> shipping info
    Orders

    ZETTLE => WOO
    Inventory
    -> product stock realtime
    Customers
    -> id details (firstname, lastname, email)
    -> billing info (address)
    -> shipping info (address + phone)
    Orders
    -> Order ID
    -> full details of order

    The way of POS interesting me is :
    WOO => inventory + customers => ZETTLE
    ZETTLE => order + customer (if new) + product stock update => WOO

    Does your POS plugin working like this ?

    Do you have a demo user video ?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We get this asked more often and unfortunately I have to tell you that our tool does not have the full capabilities as you are looking for.
    These are the items and directions it synchronizes:
    – Product name – Only from WC to Zettle.
    – Product Price – Only from WC to Zettle.
    – Stock – synchronizes in both directions
    – SKU – Only from WC to Zettle.
    – Barcode – Only from WC to Zettle.
