    Hello,

    To clarify SVG images are syncing fine to Cloudinary and as long as I am logged into my WordPress site I see them loading from the Cloudinary URL but as soon as I log out or access the site from an incognito browser all of the SVG images revert back to using the WordPress media library URL.

    All other image formats are loading fine with the Cloudinary URL.

    Is this correct or should I not see the converted Cloudinary URL for SVG images?

    Any assistants would be much appreciated

    Hi Matthew,

    The SVGs are not delivered through Cloudinary in all cases so it is not an issue with us.
    SVG is not supported by WordPress so we decided to not fully support SVGs, you can sync them to Cloudinary but they will be delivered using another format (png). In case you do need to keep SVGs as SVGs, we do not recommend syncing those assets with us.

    Hi Wissam,

    Thank you for clarifying.

    If I have already synced the SVG’s how would I unsync them through the plugin? The only options I currently see in the WordPress media library are “Push to Cloudinary” and “Re-sync to Cloudinary”.

    I did attempt to delete an SVG from my Cloudinary library folder but then the image is broken in my WordPress media library.
