Synced lists…unsynced?

  • Am I right in thinking that if I use the signup form to let someone sign up to a synced list, it doesn’t create a corresponding WordPress user?

    …and if I have my own signup form that creates a WordPress user, the Sendpress confirmation email doesn’t get sent when the subscriber appears on the list?

    Hi jeremy2805,

    You are correct we don’t create user’s in WordPress. Synced lists are design just to match WordPress roles.

    This is correct currently. We have been working on adding a checkbox to the default WordPress sign up form for getting users on a list.

    If you have any ideas or items you need to help with your setup we are happy to add them to our dev cycle to help you out.
