Sync users free version

    Hello

    I have a Mailchimp account (free account) and I have the free version of MC4WP and I can see in the integrations options the Registration form is integrated and active.

    However, the new users registered in my website are not showing up in the Mailchimp account.

    Is there any issues or problems to solve to sync the new users to Mailchimp?

    Hello,

    Please note that we have discontinued this plugin. Have you enabled the “Registration” integration from the “MC4WP > Integrations” menu?

    Yes, I have enable and it says active, but yesterday 10 new users registered in the website, but none appear in the MailChimp.

    Hi,

    Please note that our plugin integrates with the default registration forms provided by WordPress. The forms on your website are not the default once. So you will need to use the “Custom” integration option in our plugin and then add the code provided by our plugin to your registration forms.
